"Oh, it looks like it'll be triple execution time! I wonder if you got it right, though... killing two innocent people and not managing to nail the culprit, that would certainly be unfortunate, wouldn't it? Earlier, while you were all investigating, a little bird told me about who the culprit was. They saw it all from the Data Centre while I was taking a break from vigorous hosting of this killing game. A countdown to the beginning of a film appears on the screen.

The first scene shows everyone in the Cafeteria, talking about investigating the building for a way out. Everyone splits up; some go up to the fourth floor, some up to the third and some remain on the first floor. Hiyoko and Kyoko are seen talking in the Cafeteria after the discussion is over.
The faceless figure is in the Chem Lab. They're putting stuff into the MonoMachine to produce... HCN, as you guessed very early on, which they put inside a portable gas cylinder. They then take two gas masks.
They wait until the footsteps in the hallway are gone and head into the Headmaster's Office. They open the drawer and take out the Headmaster's Key, which they then use to get into the Data Room.
From the Data Room, they see everyone on the security cameras. They prepare three messages; one asking Kyoko/Asahina to meet them in the Physics Lab in A5, one telling them that the room is full of poison gas and they should kill the other for the only gas mask in A6 and one telling everyone that a body has been found in the Physics Lab in A7.
They wait for an opportunity to leave, using the cameras as reference, and head down to the Physics Lab to prep the room. They close the vents, turn on the air purifier, put on their gas mask and open the valve on the gas canister. They then wait in the Janitor's closet for their victims.
Asahina arrives first, then Kyoko. The culprit locks the door from the outside and returns the key to the Headmaster's Office before heading back down to make an alibi for themselves.
Inside the room, Asahina and Kyoko listen to the second message. Asahina makes a beeline to the mask, but Kyoko pulls out her knife. She attacks Asahina, but the other one manages to duck in time, resulting in Kyoko tripping over and stabbing herself in the guts. Asahina, affected by the poison, faints wearing the gas mask. Kyoko suffocates to death with a pained expression on her face.
Then, everyone hears the announcement. They all rush into the Physics Lab, finding it locked, not knowing that the culprit was already among them...
